We welcome high-resolution photos from delegates, faculty, and partners. Help us document OASISCON 2026 and showcase Warangal’s heritage.
- What to send: 10–30 of your best shots (JPG/PNG), plus photographer name for credit.
- Include context: date, location, and a one-line caption for each image.
- Consent: ensure identifiable people agree to be photographed; avoid sensitive information.
- File naming: lastname_topic_###.jpg (e.g., Rao_Gala_001.jpg).
By submitting, you grant OASISCON a non-exclusive right to use the images for conference communications with attribution.
Prefer cloud links (Drive/Dropbox). If emailing, keep under 20 MB per message.
