o ensure that the South had meaningful representation within the Indian Orthopaedic Association (IOA), and that spirit of unity and shared purpose continues to guide us today.

Over the years, OASIS has grown into a vibrant academic community committed to advancing orthopaedic science and professional development. Through conferences, CME programs, fel

lowships, and collaborative initiatives, the association has consistently promoted learning, innovation, and the exchange of ideas among members.

At the same time, the evolving landscape of the IOA reminds us of the importance of standing together and strengthening our collective presence. The real strength of any association lies in the active participation of its members. By expanding membership across our states and strengthening associations like TOSA, we can further enhance our representation and leadership in national platforms.

Our annual conference remains one of the most important opportunities for knowledge sharing, academic excellence, and professional networking. It brings together experienced leaders, young surgeons, and emerging voices to discuss new perspectives and shape the future of orthopaedic practice in our region.
