Undertaking Requirements
- Present only one paper as main author per category
- No repetition of previous TOSACON presentations
- No duplicate submissions for TOSA awards
- Work not presented by co-authors in TOSA & OASIS
- Age transparency for award eligibility
- False information results in 3-year suspension
Submission Requirements
- Electronic submission only
- English language required
- Registration mandatory for presentation
- No title/authors in content field
- No all caps formatting
- No graphs, tables, or images
Author Information
- Title: Concise, reflective, title case
- Authors: Full names and affiliations
- Presenting Author: Must be designated
- Contact: Corresponding author details
- Email & Phone: Required for communication
Additional Information
- Word Limit: 250 words including subheadings
- Publication Rights: Electronic publishing granted
- Confirmation: Email with abstract number sent
- Multiple Submissions: Allowed but only ONE oral presentation
- Ethics: Human subject adherence required
